Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
All items from the original order must be returned. For promotional orders (e.g. buy-one-get-one-free), all units received must be returned to qualify for a refund. Partial returns are not eligible.

Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items:
Used, damaged, or partially returned items (e.g. returning only one bottle from a two-pack promo) do not qualify for a refund.
Returns missing original packaging will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
